Person convicted of corrupt practice, etc., not to be appointed election agent

A person must not be appointed an election agent if the person is an undischarged bankrupt or has, within 7 years prior to such appointment, been convicted of any corrupt practice under this Act or the Parliamentary Elections Act 1954.
