63. Maximum reduction in grade or postponement of promotion

The maximum periods of reduction in grade or postponement of promotion that may be ordered is —

in respect of section 70(1)(c) of the Act — 30 days; and

in respect of section 71(1)(d) of the Act — 60 days.
