Amendment of application

Subregulation 1
A request under section 15 of the Act to amend an application for registration of a design must be made —
(a)
if the request is to correct the name or other particular of the applicant — in Form CM4; or
(b)
if the request is for any other amendment — in Form D5.
Subregulation 2

This rule does not apply to a request to change the name or other particular of the applicant in the application.
