Section 20

Any person who obstructs or hinders the Chairperson, the chief executive officer or an officer or agent of the Board acting in the discharge of his, her or its duty under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
