Renewal of licence

Section 6
(1)
An application to renew a licence must be made to the Board one month before the expiry of the licence.
(2)
The Board may refuse to renew a licence if it is of the opinion that the holder of the licence has contravened or failed to comply with any of the conditions of the licence or the provisions of this Act or any regulations or by‑laws made under this Act.
(3)
Where the Board is of the opinion that a licence should not be renewed, the Board must notify the holder of the licence in writing of its intention and give the holder a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
