Regulation 18

Provision of information

An approved clearing house shall make available to any person upon his request, or publish in a manner that is accessible, information on —

(a)

all services of the approved clearing house;

(b)

all products that may be cleared or settled by the approved clearing house; and

(c)

the applicable fees and charges of the approved clearing house.
