19. Transmission and storage of user information

An approved clearing house shall take all reasonable measures to maintain the integrity and security of the transmission and storage of its user information.

An approved clearing house shall immediately notify the Authority of —

any compromise of the integrity or security of the transmission or storage of any user information of the approved clearing house; and

any action taken or intended to be taken to restore the integrity and security of the transmission and storage of that user information.
