11A. Variation of capital markets services licence

An application for the variation of a capital markets services licence under section 90 of the Act shall be in Form 5 and shall be lodged with the Authority together with any relevant annex and information as may be specified in the Form or by the Authority from time to time.
Where the Authority adds to, varies or revokes any condition or restriction of a capital markets services licence or imposes further conditions or restrictions on such a licence, the Authority may cancel the licence and issue a new licence to the holder indicating the applicable conditions or restrictions.
Where the Authority has approved an application of the holder of a capital markets services licence under section 90(1) of the Act to add to its licence one or more types of regulated activity, the Authority may cancel the licence and issue a new licence to the holder indicating the added type of regulated activity.
Subregulation 1
