36. No effect on lawful claims or liens
Feedback & supportNothing in this Division shall be construed as avoiding or affecting any lawful claim or lien which any person has in respect of any asset held in a custody account in accordance with this Division or any asset belonging to a customer before the asset is paid into a custody account.
