Regulation 12
Form and validity of search warrant
Subregulation 1
Every search warrant issued under the Act shall be in Form 3 set out in Schedule and signed by the president of a subordinate military court, a superior commander or a senior disciplinary officer.
Subregulation 2
Every such warrant shall remain in force for a reasonable number of days to be specified therein.
