Regulation 14
Subregulation 1
Except in extremely urgent cases a search shall only be carried out in the presence of 2 witnesses, in addition to the person making the search.
Subregulation 2
The occupant of the place searched or another person on his behalf shall in every instance be permitted to attend during the search.
