List of things seized
Subregulation 1
A list of all things seized in the course of a search made under the Act and of the places in which they are respectively found shall be prepared by the person making such search and signed by him and by the persons who witnessed the search.
Subregulation 2
A copy of the list prepared and signed under this regulation shall be delivered to the possessor of such property or to the occupant of the place searched, at his request.
