Regulation 8
Form of warrant of arrest
Subregulation 1
A warrant of arrest issued by a superior commander or a senior disciplinary officer shall be in Form 2 set out in the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The offence in respect of which the warrant is issued shall be stated.
Subregulation 3
A warrant of arrest may contain —
(a)
the names of more than one person in respect of the same offence; and
(b)
several offences.
