Feedback & supportThe Medal shall be of cupronickel one and three-eights inches in diameter consisting of a five-rayed cross with double points, radiating from a circle of fifteen-sixteenths of an inch in diameter, having on the obverse side the Singapore Coat-of-Arms encircled by the inscription “TENTERA SINGAPURA”, and further encircled by a laurel wreath beneath which shall be a scroll bearing the inscription “YANG PERTAMA DAN UTAMA”. On the reverse side shall be a small star encircled by the inscription “FOR OVERSEAS SERVICE” enclosed in a pentagon.
