Regulation 4A

of Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Service Medal Rules 1973

Regulation 4A

The Armed Forces Council may waive the qualifying conditions for the award in rule 3 where the Council is satisfied that exceptional service has been rendered or service has been rendered in exceptional circumstances.
