Regulation 10

Forfeiture of Medal

The Armed Forces Council may forfeit any Medal awarded to any person under these Rules if he —

(a)

is convicted by a court in Singapore of any criminal offence;

(b)

is dismissed or removed from the Singapore Armed Forces on disciplinary grounds; or (c)is guilty of misconduct or disloyalty to Singapore.
