2. Definitions

In these Rules —“Armed Forces Council” means the Armed Forces Council established under section 8 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act (Cap. 295);“member” means a member of the Singapore Armed Forces who is in regular service or national service;“national service” means service under Part III of the Enlistment Act (Cap. 93) as a full-time national serviceman or an operationally ready national serviceman;“regular service” means service under section 19 of the Enlistment Act;“volunteer” means a civilian volunteer with the Singapore Armed Forces Medical Corps.
