18. Special inspections

A certified operator of an aerodrome must inspect the aerodrome, as circumstances require, to ensure aviation safety —

as soon as practicable after any accident or incident involving any aircraft occurs at the aerodrome;

during and immediately after any period of construction or repair of any facility or equipment at the aerodrome that is critical to the safety of aircraft operation; and

at any other time when there are conditions at the aerodrome that could affect aviation safety.
