41. Aerodrome facility requirements
Feedback & supportIn addition to regulation 38, a certified operator of an aerodrome must ensure that any design and construction of any new facility, and any alteration to any existing facility, is suitable for any aeroplane that falls within the aerodrome reference code stated in the aerodrome certificate for the aerodrome.
