3. Modified application of First Schedule to Act
Feedback & supportThe First Schedule to the Act applies, as modified in the Second Schedule, in relation to —
(a)
a solicitor registered under section 36E of the Act, in respect of the solicitor’s practice of Singapore law in a Joint Law Venture or its constituent foreign law practice, a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice or a licensed foreign law practice; or
(b)
a foreign lawyer registered under section 36B of the Act, in respect of the foreign lawyer’s practice of Singapore law.
