Modified application of Legal Profession (Accountant’s Report) Rules
of Legal Profession (Modified Application of Act for International Services) Rules 2015
The Legal Profession (Accountant’s Report) Rules (R 10) apply, as modified in the Seventh Schedule, to —
a Joint Law Venture or its constituent foreign law practice, a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice or a licensed foreign law practice, in respect of its practice of Singapore law;
a solicitor registered under section 36E of the Act, in respect of the solicitor’s practice of Singapore law in a Joint Law Venture or its constituent foreign law practice, a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice or a licensed foreign law practice; or
a foreign lawyer registered under section 36B of the Act, in respect of the foreign lawyer’s practice of Singapore law.
