Regulation 6

Only authorised persons to operate copying machine

Subregulation 1

A permit holder shall submit to the Board a list of persons who are authorised to operate any copying machine in his possession.

A permit holder shall ensure that any person whose name is not in the list of authorised persons will not be allowed to operate a copying machine.
