Board to be informed of scrapping of copying machine

If a copying machine is to be disposed of by scrapping, a permit holder shall —

(a)

render the copying machine incapable of any further use; and

(b)

not later than 7 days after the scrapping, furnish to the Board a document certifying that the machine has been scrapped.
