11. Conduct of hearing

The Court hearing an appeal may —

(a)

give such directions for the hearing of the appeal as the Court thinks fit;

(b)

conduct the hearing of the appeal in such manner as the Court thinks fit; and

(c)

where any party does not appear at the hearing of the application, proceed with the hearing of the appeal in the absence of that party.
