15. Costs
Feedback & supportSubject to paragraph (2), an appellant that is an individual may not be ordered to pay any costs.
The Court may order the appellant to pay the costs of, or incidental to, the appeal if the Court is satisfied that —
the commencement, continuation or conduct of the appeal by the appellant was an abuse of the process of the Court; or
the conduct of the appeal by the appellant was done in an extravagant and unnecessary manner.
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), an appellant that is an individual may not be ordered to pay any costs.
Subregulation 2
The Court may order the appellant to pay the costs of, or incidental to, the appeal if the Court is satisfied that —
