Subject to the provisions of these Rules, the Rules of Court 2021 apply to any appeal mentioned in rule 3.
Subregulation 2

The following provisions of the Rules of Court 2021 do not apply to, or in respect of, an appeal mentioned in rule 3:
(a)
Order 6, Rules 11, 12, 13 and 14;
(b)
Order 15, Rule 7(6)(c);
(c)
Order 20, Rules 3, 4, 5 and 6;
(d)
Order 25, Rule 3(1), (3) and (6).

Order 20, Rule 7(1) of the Rules of Court 2021 applies to an appeal mentioned in rule 3, subject to the modification that the reference in that provision to “Order 19, Rule 7” is to be read as a reference to “Order 19, Rule 7(3), (7) and (8)”.
