Permission required for appeal to Court of Appeal in certain cases

Where a Judge at the hearing of an appeal under section 17, 29, 35 or 44 refuses to set aside the Direction or Declaration, as the case may be, against which the appeal was brought, an appeal against the decision of the Judge, may, in accordance with paragraph 3(m) of the Fifth Schedule to the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, be brought to the Court of Appeal only with the permission of the Court of Appeal.
