Regulation 4

The Medal shall be worn on the left side of the outer garment suspended by a ribbon of one and three-tenths of an inch in width and two inches in length. The ribbon shall consist of vertical stripes of blue, yellow, red and white. The width of the yellow and white stripes shall be one-fifth and one-twentieth of an inch respectively. The width of the blue and red stripes shall be one-tenth of an inch. The colours from the right and left to the middle of the ribbon shall be blue, yellow, red, white, red and yellow.
