Regulation 2

The Provident Scheme established by section 15 of the Raffles College Ordinance and continued by section 27(1) of the Raffles College Ordinance 1938 shall continue in force, and the provisions of the Rules known as the Raffles College Provident Scheme and made under section 16 of the Raffles College Ordinance as amended by the Raffles College Ordinance 1929 and in force immediately before 8th October 1949 (referred to in these Rules as the Scheme) shall continue to apply to that Provident Scheme subject to the following modifications and amendments.
