Regulation 7

Nothing in these Rules shall be deemed to affect the power of the President to provide at any time for the merging of the Provident Scheme in any new Provident Scheme established by the University of Malaya under section 3 of the Constitution of the University of Malaya established under the University of Malaya Ordinance 1949 or the power of the University under section 14(3) of that Ordinance with the consent of the President to revoke or amend or add to any of the Rules of the Scheme hereby continued.
