Regulation 4

Notwithstanding rule 3 of the Scheme, the Scheme shall, from and after 8th October 1949, be administered by a Board of Managers consisting of the members for the time being of the Finance Committee of the Council of the University of Malaya and one contibutor to be nominated by the Senate of the University.

Three of the Managers one of whom must be the Vice-Chancellor of the University shall constitute a quorum.
