Regulation 5

All rights conferred and trusts, obligations and duties imposed on the Council of Raffles College by the Scheme shall from and after 8th October 1949 be deemed to have been conferred on or be binding on and shall be duly exercised, performed or discharged by the University of Malays in the same manner in all respects as they were conferred or binding on and would, but for the coming into effect of the University of Malaya Ordinance, have been exercised or have had to be performed or discharged by that Council under the Scheme.
