37G. Concurrent proceedings

The proceedings of an Interim Orders Committee in relation to a matter shall proceed concurrently with any proceedings of a Complaints Committee, a Disciplinary Committee or the Health Committee in relation to that matter.
Any application to the General Division of the High Court under section 62 of the Act in relation to a matter shall proceed concurrently with any proceedings of a Complaints Committee, a Disciplinary Committee or the Health Committee in relation to that matter.
Subregulation 1
