40B. Disclosure of information

The Registrar may disclose any information in any register to any public officer in a Government department or any officer of a statutory board if the Registrar is satisfied that such disclosure is necessary to enable the Government department concerned or statutory board to perform its public duty or is in the interest of public safety.
