Regulation 15

The holder of a Dealer’s Individual Licence shall permit an authorised officer or a police officer not below the rank of sergeant, upon production of proof of identity, to inspect his licence.

Where his licence is not immediately available, the holder of a Dealer’s Individual Licence shall produce his licence at the office of the Authority or a police station named by the police officer within a reasonable period.
