Power to order disposal of equipment

Where any person —
(a)
imports any telecommunication equipment set out in the Third Schedule without the approval of the Authority; or
(b)
manufactures, lets for hire, sells, or offers or possesses for sale any telecommunication equipment which does not meet the standards or specifications published by the Authority from time to time,the Authority may direct that person to dispose of the equipment in any manner which the Authority thinks fit and that person shall comply with such direction at his own expense.
