Regulation 24

Any person who contravenes regulation 3(5), (7), (8) or (10), 4(3) or (8), 6(1), 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18(1), (2), (3) or (4), 19, 21(1) or 23 shall be guilty of an offence.
