Waiver and exemption

Subregulation 1

The Minister, or the Authority with the approval of the Minister, may —

(a)

waive any or all fees payable under these Regulations; or

(b)

exempt any person from any or all provisions of these Regulations.

A waiver or an exemption granted under paragraph (1) may be notified in writing to the person concerned, and need not be published in the Gazette.
