Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“approved courses webpage” means the Internet webpage, accessible through a hyperlink on the Internet website known as ELISE, on which the Authority specifies the courses of instruction to be completed by a person in connection with a licence;“licence” means a licence granted by the Authority permitting a person to perform such cable detection work as is specified in the licence;“licensee” means any person who has a valid licence;“register” means the register of licensees maintained under regulation 12;“relevant experience” means practical experience in Singapore in any of the following areas:
building construction;
building services;
civil engineering;
structural engineering construction.
