Regulation 6

carry out such cable detection work as he is permitted to carry out under his licence in accordance with such guidelines as may be issued from time to time by the Authority, any other public or statutory authority or any transmission licensee;

on being required by the Authority or a transmission licensee or any person authorised by the Authority or the transmission licensee for this purpose, produce his licence for examination or furnish information relating to his performance of any cable detection work;

immediately inform any transmission licensee by the quickest practicable means of any damage to any electricity cable belonging to or under the management of or control of the transmission licensee if he knows or ought reasonably to know of the damage;

immediately inform the Authority in writing of any change in his address; and

attend at such place as the Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may specify to produce such document or furnish such information as the Authority or authorised person may specify for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the Act.
