Application for licence or renewal of licence
Subregulation 1
An application for a licence or renewal of a licence shall be made to the Authority in such form as may be provided by the Authority and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule and such documents and information in support of the application as the Authority may require.
Subregulation 2
An application for the renewal of a licence shall be submitted to the Authority not later than one month prior to the date of expiry of the licence.
Subregulation 3
The Authority may, in its discretion, reject an application for a licence or a renewal of a licence from any person whose licence was previously cancelled or suspended.
