Licence subject to conditions, etc.
Subregulation 1
Where the Authority approves an application for a licence or renewal of a licence, the Authority shall grant the licence to the applicant upon payment by him of the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
A licence granted by the Authority shall be —
(a)
valid for such period as may be specified therein unless it is earlier cancelled or suspended in accordance with these Regulations; and
(b)
subject to such conditions as the Authority may, from time to time, determine.
