Regulation 16
The Authority may at any time require the use of a high-sensitivity residual current circuit breaker or the adoption of other safety measures for such electrical installations or class of electrical installations as it may determine, and the person responsible for such electrical installation shall comply with such requirement within such time and in such manner as the Authority may specify.
