Regulation 8

The Authority may require a consumer to engage a licensed electrical worker of the appropriate class to inspect and test any electrical installation used, worked or operated by the consumer and submit the inspection and test results to the Authority at such intervals as the Authority may determine, and the consumer shall comply with such requirement at his own expense.
