29. Application for gas service worker licence
Feedback & supportAn application for the grant or renewal of a gas service worker licence shall be made to the Authority in such form as may be determined by the Authority.
Every application for a gas service worker licence shall be accompanied by such testimonials or other evidence of experience, character and competency as the Authority may either generally or in any particular case require.
An application for the renewal of a gas service worker licence shall be submitted to the Authority not later than one month prior to the date of expiry of the licence.
The Authority may, in its discretion, refuse to grant a gas service worker licence to or renew the gas service worker licence of any person whose application is incomplete, or whose licence has expired or has been cancelled.
Subregulation 1
An application for the grant or renewal of a gas service worker licence shall be made to the Authority in such form as may be determined by the Authority.
