30. Fees for gas service worker licence

Every application for the grant of a gas service worker licence must be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
If the Authority approves an application for the grant or renewal of a gas service worker licence, the Authority must grant or renew the licence (as the case may be) upon payment of the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
Subregulation 1
Every application for the grant of a gas service worker licence must be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
If the Authority approves an application for the grant or renewal of a gas service worker licence, the Authority must grant or renew the licence (as the case may be) upon payment of the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
