39. Examinations and courses
Feedback & supportFor the purpose of ensuring that any licensed gas service worker is able to carry out gas service work competently, the Authority may by notice in writing require him to attend at a time and place specified in the notice to take and successfully complete such tests or examinations as may be set or approved by the Authority.
The Authority may, from time to time, by notice in writing require a licensed gas service worker to attend such course which in the opinion of the Authority is necessary to enable him to carry out gas service work competently.
Subregulation 1
For the purpose of ensuring that any licensed gas service worker is able to carry out gas service work competently, the Authority may by notice in writing require him to attend at a time and place specified in the notice to take and successfully complete such tests or examinations as may be set or approved by the Authority.
Subregulation 2
The Authority may, from time to time, by notice in writing require a licensed gas service worker to attend such course which in the opinion of the Authority is necessary to enable him to carry out gas service work competently.
