37. Reduction of period of suspension, etc.

The Authority may —
(a)
at any time, and for such reason as it thinks sufficient, reduce the period for which a gas service worker licence has been suspended; or
(b)
subject to regulation 30, grant a gas service worker licence to a person whose previous licence has been cancelled, if such person makes an application under regulation 29 and satisfies the requirements under these Regulations.
