40AG. Board may require water devices for testing or analysis

(1)

The Board may require any person carrying on a trade or business which consists of or includes the supply of any water device —

(a)

to provide free of charge to the Board samples of the water device for the purpose of testing or analysis; and

(b)

to furnish to the Board such documents or information as the Board may require in respect of the water device or the supply of the water device.

(2)

Any person that fails to comply with any requirement of the Board under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.

Subregulation 1

The Board may require any person carrying on a trade or business which consists of or includes the supply of any water device —

(a)
