THIRD SCHEDULERegulations 34A, 36(15) and 45A(1)Fees
1. The fees for the purposes of these Regulations are as follows:(1)For connecting any premises to a water main belonging to or under the management or control of the Board —
where the connection is made for the purpose of supplying potable water to premises that are privately owned, and the connecting pipe used to make the connection has a diameter of —
35 mm $3,161(ii)100 mm $6,976(iii)150 mm $9,592(b)in any other case the costs incurred by the Board to connect the premises to the water main.(2)For resuming the supply of water to any premises under section 37(2) of the Act —
where the premises are installed with a meter having an internal diameter (measured at the inlet/outlet) of 15 mm $16.35(b)where the premises are installed or to be installed with a meter having an internal diameter (measured at the inlet/outlet) exceeding 15 mm $79.03(3)For a reminder issued by the Board or its agent to a person who has failed to make payment in accordance with a bill sent to the person $0.552.
